Abbey Immer is the Food & Beverage Manager at the Fargo Country Club. After spending the last 8 years in NYC, she is thrilled to return to her hometown of Fargo. While in NYC, Abbey was the Bar Manager of Belle Reve (Sister restaurant of Employees Only) where she honed her cocktailing skills. She also was accepted into New York Speedrack, was featured in NY Bartender Magazine, and routinely judged the NYC Cocktail Expo. With a heavy background in spirit profiles, she is your gal to chat with about your favorite cocktail. Keep an eye out for her tasty creations coming to the menu!
