My name is Dave Lorentz, and I live here in Fargo with my dog Milo. I grew up in Bagley, Minnesota, graduating in 2000. Throughout high school I worked on the grounds staff at our local 9 hole golf course in Bagley. In the spring of 2001, I took over as the head greens keeper there until 2003. Being raised around animals, and looking to try something different, I went to work for a local cattle feedlot operation. This is where I learned to operate a number of pieces of heavy equipment.  After 4 years of farming, my love of golf was calling me back.  In April of 2007, I moved to Fargo and started at FCC and have been here ever since! In my spare time I enjoy golfing, hunting, the occasional fishing trip, and spending time with friends and family. I am very excited and grateful for this opportunity to be your Golf Course Superintendent. I look forward to what the future holds here at FCC and cannot wait for this upcoming season to begin!
